Red X, what if it is too late to appeal on the UKPC website - it says contact dept collector plus, but I haven't recieved a letter form them yet?

The UKPC letters got sent to a family members address where car is registered to, I went on holiday for three weeks and then have been signed off work very sick for two weeks. only just recieved the letters from family member and now too late to appeal? Could I say I have had mitigating circumstances and ask they extend the appeal window? I can prove plane flights and hospital letter etc. I have seen the 'robust' letters on the forums and thinking about sending these on to both UKPC and DRP?

Please stick to your own thread - Hijacking other people's threads can get confusing/overlooked and won't get you the best help.

Also, you clearly agreed not to do it as part of your signup.

Apologies, I should have read terms a bit closer. Will wait for a reply on my own thread. Thanks.
