Save it as a PDF and upload it under 'Other' on the POPLA website.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks so much for ur help!
Just submitted through the POPLA website... it's quite daunting... it says
"Use your own words not someone else's. The POPLA website has been designed so that you can provide most of the information we need in just a few clicks and without too much typing. Whilst we do provide text boxes for you to supply additional information please try to avoid simply copying and pasting text from other websites or templates. This can be very difficult to translate and may slow down the process. Your appeal is less likely to be successful if it doesn’t make any sense."
Fingers crossed I am successful.0 -

I presume you mean 'appeal'?
Well done, but please tell us more. Could you copy and paste the Assessor's decision (with the reference number), preferably paragraphed for ease of reading? It will undoubtedly help those who will be treading the same POPLA path in the not too distant future. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I am trying to post a new post explaining my actions step by step up I keep meeting the captcha thing and can't get past it despite using various browsers, virus scanning and clearing cookies etc.
Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.
An Appeal has been opened with the reference....
Gemini Parking Solutions London Ltd have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
Yours sincerely
