BT Cheque Reward (Mid Oct 2016)... BT now refuse to even accept they offered cheques

Hi,

I saw ML on Good Morning Britain in Mid October an offer to join BT inifinity and save. Basically you could pay line rental upfront, and get BT inifinity rewards of £125 and a £50 cheque. I signed up for this and received the links to claim the rewards to be clicked after the BT service is active. Which I did.

I recevied the card for 125 but not the cheque..... I have tried to chase this with BT and they now claim "they have never offered or dealt with cheques" and Ive hit a brick wall. What can I do?

I have had lots of problems with BT in the 3 months ive been with them too.

Unfortunately not, I thought id screen grabbed the offer but didn't. Martin Lewis himself was talking about it himself so I would have hoped it would be remembered somewhere on here.... I will post on BT but I dont hold out much hope to be honest.

How do I claim my £50 cashback?

If you took part in the recent £50 cashback with BT Infinity deal (which ended in October), you still have time to claim, but not long. BT will close its doors to claimants on 31st December to claim the cheque once installation has taken place. If you are yet to claim, you need to do it separately from any other reward claim you may have made in relation to BT broadband (the BT Reward Card for example). You can claim from BT’s cashback claim page and follow the instructions on page.
