Privat parking fine
Hi,
Just some quick advise,
To cut a long story short.
I parked in a APM controlled car park at the local harvester on 20/08/16 I believe the machine to type in my number plate was out of order at the time or i just forgot to type my number plate in can't remember, however I was in their 25 minutes didn't over stay the 4 hours of free parking and spent £35 in my time there.
I then got a letter from APM a full 2 month and 7 days later, i followed the advise and ignored then they got the DRP idiots to send me letters, the last 1 was dated 22/12/16 threatening to advise their client to take court action.
Now I have spoken to the harvester and they cancelled the contract with APM due to the amount of complaints they had from customers regarding APM and offered me £60 to spend in their and they will send a email to me with some advise. My fine was sent to me on 27/10/16, APM contract was cancelled with the Harvester on 11/11/16.
My question is should i continue to ignore, or reply to APM or DRP? also who is the client APM or the Harvester? Because if its the Harvester I shouldn't have to worry as they would not advise to go to court as they cancelled the contract right?
thank you

You can ignore DRP - they are scummers who just try to scare payment but ultimately can't do anything. Post 3 of the Newbies Sticky in the tickets forum explains all.
Did you get confirmation of cancellation from Harvester? In writing or by email? Without that you cannot safely assume all is done with a PPC.
Again the Newbies Sticky explains all. Have a good read andvstop calling it a "fine" - its not!0
