  • Hi guys. Haven't been able to get on as much as I'd like but I'm still saving!

I'm doing mine a bit different where I'm picking a number out of a tub and putting that amount in for that day. I'm currently at £37.70 Thankfully I'm not using a sealed tin for this challenge so I've been able to switch my £ coins around for notes instead.:T

  • I'm still on target for February but running out of change - oh no !!

If I see a penny on the floor I normally leave it... no more :rotfl:
  • I've decided to use the savings in the bank from this challenge to help reduce my overdraft.

Need to wait till payday on Tuesday though to "top it up".

This is the longest I have stuck to a challenge :j
  • Still going, not done a tot up for a bit though, started ticking off some of those higher amounts :)

    Hi,
We normally only save £2 coins and 5p/2p & 1p coins but have decided to give ourselves a target to aim for so even though we are late starters we have emptied our £2 and small change tins to start us off.
We are starting at the higher end of the chart and using the smaller numbers to balance the coins we put in (hope that makes sense).

So to start us off we have..... £63.30 in our sealed tin
Faced my debts in 2012 & 2013 again in 2017 now hitting it in 2018!

Just wanted to update and say I've been paid and am now up to £49.76. I add each month's payment in when I get paid so that is March covered. I'll add the odd £1 here and there when I can.
