  • Still haven't got round to taking this bag of plates to the charity shop, nor have we done any tip runs yet :rotfl:

Going to get my nails done in town first thing tomorrow morning so will drop it off then! :D

I think it's just been so cold and a lot of what I bought in the sales over the weekend had to be either returned or exchanged as it was all on the wrong sized hangers!

Seems that it's everyone's pay day today whereas mine was last week so hoping for some interest in my items listed on the fb selling sites now :o

    I need the money! :rotfl:

I've been mad-busy all week & had a quieter day today - so reorganised some stuff in the house - my 16 year old son had been using the dining room table as a desk (even though he has a desk in his room) - it meant that every time we wanted to sit down to eat we had to move all his stuff to another surface (I don't know how I let it go on so long).

So, while he was at school, I moved stuff around in his room, moved all of his computer & other stuff up there & rearranged things in the dining room - It looks so much clearer & organised. Nothing has left the house but it all works so much better :)
Shifting my energy for 2020 :heart::heart:

    225 storage file
    226 old chrome polish tube

Attic finished - so much room in there now! Still haven't found the base for the tv though

time to get on top of daily cleaning and decluttering as I go along now.
  • I've been decluttering for over two years since my husband died. My house has only half the stuff in it than it did before. I had stopped decluttering because it was looking a bit bare but you have all got me started again.
I took a bagful of stuff to the charity shop this morning and got rid of the box of glasses too. I wanted to dispose of them around five years ago but my husband wouldn't let me. They hadn't been used in all that time :-)
