advice needed please
Been on Vodafone contract for about 4 or 5 years now and earlier in year Vodafone took more money out of my bank then the should have so I phones them up to complain and after about 3 or 4 months Vodafone agree to refund me the difference.
Last month I decided I want to go to another supplier because im not to happy with Vodafone so 27th November I gave my one months notice to finish the contract
well yesterday came and went and they haven't disconnected my phone,
Ive had other issues with Vodafone and Vodafone isn't listening to me
any ideas on how to get them to cut of my phone as I really want to go to another network
thanx for reading

What normally happens is that at the end of a contract you request a PAC (porting authorisation code), which you give to the new network provider in order to transfer your number over.
When the new provider used the code, your old contract is terminated.
If you don't want to keep the old number, inform Vodafone of the fact and tell them to cease the contract with immediate effect. They might be playing daft and will want to keep charging you on a monthly basis, as most customers will want to transfer their old number via a PAC and you didn't fit into that category- it may not compute!0 -

ive just been talking to the again and the woman said that when I spoke to someone last time the guy didn't put my request threw in which is why im still connected --- but they wanted to charge a full month don't c y I should have to cos I gave them the month notice they wanted not my fault the guy I spoke to didn't put my request threw0 -
Contact the WRT as instructed repeatedly on the main Vodafone complaints thread - or you'll still be on here with worse problems in 6 months' time.0

No, it's permanently unlocked.
