I was just trying to see what other people's wait times are. I am well aware it could take them to the 28 days as they took until the final date to confirm if my claim had been up held . Did people get their payment on the 28th day or sooner. Thanks

The experiences of others in this regard are irrelevant as there are far too many individual variables involved. The forum is no longer busy with complainants either..

I spoke with Mbna today, they said they have raised a check on the 28th as the bank details I gave them may not have validated, so hopefully should have the cheque in the next couple of days, will be nice if it is but we shall see. They also are going to send out a breakdown of payments made as I don't have any records of my own anymore!

Hi, do you think it would be within 28 working days or just 28 days? I'm also waiting for a cheque (letter dated 23rd december).

Brilliant news I will ring them tomorrow to see what is happening.

Called them this morning, advised that payment is waiting authorisation to be paid into my account, if they can't do this they will send a cheque. fingers crossed straight into my bank
