Kaspersky activation

Hi all. I have kaspersky total security 2016 on the laptops in the house - licence for a up to three devices. I reinstalled windows 10 on one and when reinstalling kaspersky it tells me I have activated it too many tines. It's only on this laptop and one other (three device version). The account page doesn't let you delete…

Thanks all. Kaspersky didn't come back to me (prob a backlog from the xmas break which is understandable) so I asked for an update via the live chat and they reset the activation count for me
