    Thank you GullibleProgrammer, I think Mobidol must be watching this forum, because thanks to me following your instructions they sent me a full refund by cheque within a week and I didn't have to go to the regulator. So thanks very much for taking your time to post i'm sure it will help many others too not to be scammed.

    i'll be using your email template to demand a full refund as i've also just found out i've been charged for something i've never subscribed to!
  • I have also been charged £45 without my consent, I followed your email template and they have finally agreed to to a 100% refund. They asked if I could send a copy of my mobile telephone bill which would have my name and full postal address on.
    Just checking if anyone has followed through with this and have actually received the refund check? They are scammers and I do not want to be sending further information which they could possibly use to clone me!
    If anyone has followed through with this, or have any helpful information/ advice, I'd be very grateful for your reply

    Hi Georgequine I emailed them a copy of my mobile bill and then they sent a cheque refund and that was the end of the matter
