So what is the story with these? There seem to only be a handful of providers offering them - are the rest still waiting for FCA approval?
From 6 April 2017 am I correct that we can subscribe to 4 different ISAs?:
-Cash
-S&S
-IFISA
-H2B/LISA
With a combined limit of £20k with a £4k limit for the LISA?

From my understanding, the majority of providers are still waiting for FCA approval for their IF ISAs.
From 6th April 2017, yes you will be able to subscribe to 4 different ISA types, but I think the split is:
- Cash OR H2B (unless your provider offers a split ISA e.g Nationwide)
- S&S
- IF ISA
- LISA0
