UKCPS Parking charge after appeal

I may have found this forum too late?
I received a windscreen ticket at Cains Brewery car park on 13/09/16, I parked up and had no change, i went to get change which invloved a long walk, about 15 mins or so later i returned to the car park, purchased a ticket and went to my car to display it, when i got to my car a ticket had been placed on the windscreen, I looked for the 'attendant' but without success, i called the number on the ticket and they said it was not on the system yet and to call back the next day, i did but it was pointless, i received a letter saying pay or appeal, so I appealed, the appeal was not successful and i have since received a letter saying 'do not ignore this notice immediate payment is required', it also states ' this is the final letter before debt recovery action will commence' it also has a reference to their site with a list of recent court cases and a CCJ will seriously my ability to obtain credit or a mortgage.
Any suggestions for my next step would be appreciated, i feel it may be too late?

doesnt matter as they never cancel anyway
they have 6 years to try a court case, so ignore them unless they do issue an MCOL
read the NEWBIES sticky thread to see what to do with IPC members like UKCPS (IGNORE now you have appealed and failed)
try for a landowner cancellation like the NEWBIES sticky thread tells newbies to do
no CCJ will happen if you lost and pay promptly, then it is satisfied
its ignoringf a court judgment that gets you a CCJ , usually after 28 days following the judgment
you have assumed a lot of things there before any CCJ is issued
ie:- you lose in court , you pay up , asap , preferably on the day , so it avoids any CCJ0 -
The NEWBIES FAQS thread is (I hope) fairly clear about how to handle IPC firms, including at threatogram stage and if they try a (rare) small claim. No big deal.I may have found this forum too late?

I have searched the net to try an pin down the landowners, but it isn't clear, if i contact UKCPS are they obliged to give me details of the landowner so I can contact them?0

No, i didn't give them my name and address.
They wrote to me on 6th Oct 2016, saying my appeal had been rejected by them.0 -
there was a ticket on the car and they seem to have applied for info rather early ?
they cannot ask for info untill day 28 after the ticket was placed on the carSave a Rachael

If this does go the full distance, this will obviously be in my favour, thanks for pointing this out!
Should i still sit tight, or make further contact?0 -
this is possably the reason they were banned from access for 2 mths , starting very quickly after your letter , and I think your ticket would have been denied by the DVLA
perhaps you may want to ask the DVLA for the date ?

Dear Sirs
Re: VRM AB12 XYZ
As the Registered Keeper of the above VRM could you advise who has accessed my personal details with regards to this marque, how often and when did the DVLA send the keeper details out. Please advise the information with regards to events between xx/xx/xx/ and xx/xx/xx.
I understand there is no charge for this information and look forward to your speedy reply.
Yours faithfully
Mr Registered Keeper
this WILL go all the way , however you could cause them a lot of problems , inc further bands by both the DVLA and the IPC ,
spend a penny , (or whatever a stamp costs) and get the ball rolling
if this kicks off it will be gladstones that initiate it , gladstones are the IPC , how can they continue when the member has broken the code of pracgticeSave a Rachael
