Quite a lot of people don't want to keep the same bed for 20-30 years, i know i don't. My kids beds have been changed each time i've decorated their bedrooms. My daughter is 16, went from cot bed to toddler bed to single divan bed to girlie white metal framed bed to current bed which is a 3/4 sized divan with drawers. I've had at least 5 beds in the last 25 years.0
