UKPC/SCS LAW dragging me to court for parking and leaving site

The parking mgt reply will be a standard template load of crap fed to Aldi by the PPC I'd wager.Yes I got NKT, but ignored it especially as I knew about their reputation.
I read the newbies bf deciding to fight, and yes I'm defending all claims.
I did write to ALDI CEO, and got a reply immediately from their parking mgt saying they can't help because they've no relationship with UKPC and that the store can help with receipts, but I've checked my bank statements n I can see I used my card.0 -

Dear xxxxxx
I am writing regarding your correspondence addressed to our Group Managing Director, Giles Hurley, who has reviewed your email and asked me to respond on his behalf.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the issues you have encountered after parking at our Reading store. However, as we do not instruct UKPC to manage this car park, we are unable to directly assist with appeals, please accept my apologies for this.
As you have used the store on the day, my advice would be to submit an appeal with UKPC including your proof of purchase (as you understandably no longer have your receipt, I would suggest sending a copy of your bank statement instead) and the details of any mitigating circumstances.
If you in fact paid by cash on this date, please be advised that if you return to the store and speak to the store manager, they will be able to locate a copy of your receipt. To enable them to do this, they will require an approximate transaction total and a few items that were purchased. You will be able to identify the approximate transaction time from the parking charge notice that you received.
Should you have any general enquiries or problems in future, please do not hesitate to contact our free Customer Service Helpline on 0800 042 0800.
Thank you again for contacting Aldi and I am sorry that we could not be of greater assistance with this matter.

I would be surprised if the CEO of such a large corporation hadn't heard about the doctored photos generated by UKPC Scammers Inc, but I suggest you write back and remind him. Then I suggest you point out the negative publicity that will follow if he does not become more proactive in encouraging customers to continue shopping in his emporium and get this cancelled.
Also ask him when he will be able to attend court as you will be calling him as a material witness on store policy concerning genuine shoppers he may want to retain in order to collect his next modest bonus.
It matters not whether Aldi employed the scammers, they have influence and could persuade the landowner it might be in their interests to get this cancelled as their (Aldi's) loss of revenue may eventually lead to them leaving the site.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

this site has come up before
residents on site include
Aldi
mothercare
fridays
magestic wines
the range
and others
in this case I think you will find its nothing to do with ALDI , , more likely the range
why not find out who owns that land , as in this case it looks to large for aldiSave a Rachael

Yes the car park is for multiple stores, I guess...and I don't know the owner but will do a search on landowners site...
And how important is that information to me?
I thought UKPC contract with the landowner is the important thing.0 -
I thought UKPC contract with the landowner is the important thing.
as you knew this was a site with multiple shops
why try to pass the blame onto aldi
your words above are correct "I thought UKPC contract with the landowner is the important thing."Save a Rachael
