Nothing to update my total with yet, as I've not even left the house to go to the shops and had no cashouts on any sites yet.
I got Super Lucky Di's comping book for Christmas so will be hoping to put some tips to good use.
I've had a good freelance job come my way - just hoping I can pull it off well. Taken on some more extra freelance work too this month on top of running our business and have another client asking to up my workload, so fingers cross, money may start to come in soon:o
Sounds like everyone is off to a great start. I know I have £3 coming from Receipt Hog and £10 from Opinion Bar, but as ever, I won't be counting them until they hit my account. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Yes unfortunately Tesco ended Clubcard Boost in 2016
But you can still get deals with their partners - so 4x for eating out deals (I am planning on turning my £15 into £60 for Pizza Express in Jan) and travel - Stena line and I think Railcards might still be but sadly no longer in store on electricals and toys or clothes. Morning Wombliers!
Used cashback sites when doing 2 x car insurances (YAWN) yesterday - 4 hours of my life I am not getting back. £77.50 cashback has tracked. Will wait and see if it appears. It is the first year I have paid more than the previous year. Admittedly less than £35 more (as long as c/b pays out) on two cars but that is because it took over 260 minutes of my life. There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason to the quotes either as the top two quotes were £100 less than 3rd and 4th best quotes.
C00p raid 25p fruit pie, saving 75p
19p 6 x custard doughnuts (so I bought two) saving 62p
Jus-Rol shortcrust pastry 35p saving 90p
T0sc0 raid - 33p hummus saving 97p
Salad bags 25p saving 64 p x 4 = 2.56
Twinings Earl Grey teabags £7.99 for 200 saving £1.99
Massive pittas 27p saving 73p x3 = £2.19
The shelves were stripped bare, I know we have had a lot of weekends and replacement bank holidays but honestly I have not seen such a scene of devastation like it since the Jehovah's Witness Convention descended on the Molineux Asda in Wolverhampton. Utter desolation.
