Sorry to hear about all the relatives that are fighting this battle. My Mum has Hodgkin (which is a lump that shouldn't be there, but doesn't do anything than slowly grow. It's been treated with radiation twice now, and that diminishes it's size, but does not make it go away). My Dad has skin cancer (the doctor removes suspect moles about twice a year), and prostate cancer (for which he was treated with radiation last year, and that seems to have worked, but it made him borderline incontinent). I donate to the national cancer research in the Netherlands.

    My wombles on Tuesday:
tuna bagel (leftover from business lunch) €1
salad (leftover from business lunch) € 1
piece of minion cake € 1

    on Wednesday:
50 cent piece in a trolley I took
    biscuit in supermarket €0,05

My weekly online grocery shop savings this week £32.58 :T

    Hello everyone,

I would just like to say that I sympathise and empathise with everyone who like me has had a relative lose their life to cancer or who is fighting their own personal battle with cancer. Unfortunately there are so many forms of cancer and even though there has been great strides made in the number of cancer survivors there are still too many cancers that can lead to the death of a loved one.

Now we can all get back to wombling!!!!
