Another question, if I may.
I emailed my claim to Vietnam Airlines who have not acknowledged receipt of it (I included a "Read Receipt Request").
Accordingly, I suspect it would be wise to send a copy of the claim by post.
Do I need a "Proof of Delivery" or would a simple "Proof of Posting" slip be sufficient, does anyone know, please?

Proof of Posting is usually sufficient for Courts to accept that a document has been delivered. (Also POP is free!)
