  • As a Boots sale novice, can you experts give me some advice - is it better to go instore or online? What time does it start online - is it midnight or at regular store opening time?

Online starts anywhere between 2am and 5am,,,normally crashes a few times!
In sore starts normal opening times,,,
Depends on what your after and what Stoke is left over at either,,, it is a sale so be prepared to take pot luck !
:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:

Website crashes and can go live at any time but far safer than going instore in my opinion.

Instore was like a bun fight every year I go, people were pushing people out of the way, grabbing things from our baskets and just generally being aggressive and down right rude.

It depends where you go. My local shop tends to just be me and maybe someone else sauntering in as I'm at the checkout, the slightly further out shopping centre branch is generally a (polite) free for all but I wouldn't go to the big stores (where people come back with stories of people blocking aisles with trolleys) for all the tea in china.

Online depends on whether you're up for a possible all-nighter and have a good enough internet connection/reflexes to check out asap. There have been a fair few instances of online orders being cancelled as their stock control isn't the best and orders to be collected in store leapfrog home deliveries in the warehouse.

Had it confirmed again that it isn't tomorrow. Next week looks highly likely now but I wouldn't be surprised to see it not on Wednesday. Maybe Thursday so it doesn't clash with their change of promotions on wednesday

They're keeping us on our toes this year if it's going to be a different day - think I'd better have a lie down after that news!

    Keep us posted Storck x
