Not impressed with Orgin Broadband

I switched to OB from Sky.

Never again. I keep loosing wifi and after having the hold for nearly half an hour I do manage to speak to well informed support staff who on over 5 times said they'd get back to me with 24-48 hours.

Despite me telling them I was already told numerous times, again no call would be received. I'd go through the same process over and over.

Yes the matter would be resolved but only for a few days.

The best speed I seem able to get isn't not as good as I've had before.
Ok I get 13.5 ish mb download speed but previous years I've been used to 18-19.
