Welcome to Hermes world. Trust me. If they deliver item all good. However if you have any issues with Hermes you wil get absolutely no where with them.

If you are the contract holder (i.e. the seller) and you have an issue with Hermes (or your buyer does) they are excellent if a little slow. I have NEVER had a Hermes claim refused, they pay in full (the full sale value) and postage, unlike Royal Mail.

Hermes eventually do pay up. However a couple of times they have refused trying to get out of paying up until I threated them with a solicitor and amazingly enough I then get an email the claim is going through.

Don't get me wrong Hermes is fine as long as you don't have an issue with them. Then you will discovered how they completely distance themselves from anything!

Have you any proof of this, as that is a big claim to make. They have had tracking problems. I have had parcels delivered two weeks ago that are only just now had their tracking updated to show they were delivered two weeks ago.

Also Royal Mail workers are no longer "Crown Workers" as its been a private company for a while now. I think your'll find that there has been a few prosecutions of postal workers who have decided to keep mail for themselves.

The only reason why I say this I was outside this garage for something else. A hermes bloke mistook me for a member of staff asked did he scan it in or was it the same arrangement. Then all of a sudden that member of staff was coming out like a shot.

I can only assume that was it all about, though I never used Hermes at that point so didn't really dawn on me until I stated using them if it could of been that!

Can you find contact details for the parcel that you have? You maybe able to get the phone number off the parcel or search 192.com for it.

I would try and give them a call to see if they are missing their items.
