I would like to post an Excel Worksheet preferably in a post but if this can't be done easily then a link to it would do instead...
So what is the quickest, easiest, simplest way of doing this please?

How much of an excel spreadsheet do you want to post? If it's just a small part, capture a screen dump, host the image on a server and then insert the link into your post.

Why not upload it and provide a download link.
Like http://www.sendspace.com no need to enter any emails but make sure you save the link they give you.0
