Quick Help Needed Please !!!

I would like to post an Excel Worksheet preferably in a post but if this can't be done easily then a link to it would do instead...
So what is the quickest, easiest, simplest way of doing this please? :D
You should never call somebody else a nerd or geek because everybody (even YOU !!!) is an
"anorak" about something whether it's trains, computers, football, shoes or celebs :p :rotfl:

How much of an excel spreadsheet do you want to post? If it's just a small part, capture a screen dump, host the image on a server and then insert the link into your post.

    e.g.

Save your screen capture as a jpg or gif file (smaller than bmp) and follow the steps here to post your image link..
