  • I'm perfectly calm. Advice you've had. Decency means you honour your contract, since you entered into it in the first part. Better tell Mensa the last part so they can start scoring upside down and throw me out.

J5 is a perfectly good handset and yet your eyeing up flasher models? what will they really gain you?

Live with your J5 and pay off your debts. You will survive.

I hope your attackers got caught.

    Cold. Real cold.

The reply was stating the cold reality of those who get sucked into a "shiny new phone" purchased on a 24 month loan. Those with a little more sense buy a SIM free phone outright and look for a separate SIM deal.

I don't see what ee have done wrong they sold you a phone contract which was a phone and sim you lost access to the phone but they still provided you with an expensive phone and you could still use the sim.

Why should they be sympathetic they offer insurance which you declined then you complain to them when your phone is stolen.

If you crashed a car into a brick wall uninsured do you think the finance company would sort you a deal ?.

I'd say we have been very generous Reducing your bill by 10 pound a month that had no obligation or need to, you say retain customers that happens at the end of contracts not during
  • Why steal an iphone?
A stolen iphone is about as useful as a vhs recorder without any tapes as it will be locked.
OP you must admit you have been a bit of a plonker getting a second contract.

Maybe more sensible in terms of cost. There are usually added perks or benefits when being in contract. If you're a heavy user a contract may be more sensible even if it does cost more.
  • To be fair the muggers did choose a victim that half deserved it judging by his/her posts.
The instructions on the box said 'Requires Windows 7 or better'. So I installed LINUX :D:D

Can you not buy yourself out of the contract?
Approx. Monthly Fee x Months Remaining of contract term - VAT (16.7%). VAT is not due on termination fees.
