£12 spent on some jeans. Among the best fitting pairs I have, so I'll probably be getting some more. Oh dear.
That said they were bought on the 30th so I may still get a no spend month in first (may not be passing Matalan again for a while.)0 -
3 months in and I've still not spent anything.
Have had a new pair of boots for work (requested early Feb, finally received them last Tuesday), but work pays for those
Could do with a new waterproof coat before I go up to the Lakes though, which means I'll have to spend this month !!Cheryl0 -

First Clothes Spend of the year, and in a way I didn't spend any money.
I bought a pair of jeans and a shirt at New Look Online.
The Total was £38
I had a 20% voucher as it was my birthday. That brought it down to £30.40. I had £30 in New Look vouchers through Sh0p and Sc@n.
And, my OH gave me some money for my birthday with the strict instructions that it was only to be used on 'non essential purchases' as I am doing a Spend Free Year and don't want to spend any of my money on clothes.
Total spend was 40p from the birthday money!Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020
Debt Free Stage 2 - Completed 50/181 Payments0 -
I now have shoes for DD's wedding and a new pair of safe slippers. Getting old! Signature updated.Spend less now, work less later.0

:rotfl: brilliant, well done"
I have a confession...more Tikiboos ....this time a pair of their pole shorts...for, well, pole (been asking them for ages to do a pole range so well chuffed) had a 10% off code which I was nice and pleased about....except the next day they ran a 20% Easter promo. Still, I don't mind too much, it's supporting a small business.
Also went shopping with OH yesterday (not a common event as he hates shopping...well hates the crowds, the parking - even though I drive, and having to look through racks of clothes..so pretty much everything shopping entails) I bought a new pair of trainers, last in my size but an eyelet wasn't attached properly, so I asked if they could do a discount (I saw OH wanting the ground river open up there ans then) expected 10% at a push...they happily offered 20% :money:
Also stopped for lunch, first place we were going to had a 30+min wait for food, so went next door to Pizza Express, where I remembered mid meal I had an O2 £5 main code, result. Even more of a result when I was paying and the server asked if OH had a code too...which I hadn't thought about and he's on O2 ad well. :money: always feel stingy not choosing a tip when paying by card, but prefer to leave the service charge tip as cash so it has more chance if actually going to the staff (which I did) all in all a relatively MSE trip..except the shampoo I bought in lush....£13  what was I thinking. :rotfl:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
