Sky - BB & line rent £190 for 1yr, claim £75 Mastercard (available until Sun 4 Dec)

I tried to sign up to this deal on 26/11/2016, and got the following message on the Sky Web site:
"Unable to continue with your order. An error has occurred. Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with your order. To continue by phone, please call 0800 151 2758."
I did as advised, phoned the number and switched my phone and BB to Sky. I now find that when I log in to 'My Sky' and go to the 'Claim my reward' page to claim the Mastercard, it says 'You currently have no rewards available to claim', even though my phone and BB were activated a week ago and the Sky guidance was that 'you can claim your reward when your service becomes active'. Has anybody else had experience of this? How long does it normally take before you can claim - should I already be able to see the reward on the 'claim' page?
I'm starting to get a bad feeling that, by making the phone call to do the switch (after their Web site gave an error), I have lost out on getting the Mastercard. Looking back, no mention was made of the Mastercard during the phone call. Have they pulled a fast one on me with this trick?
