Hi ,did u get an email saying your order was despatched? i placed an order using that code and got confirmation but in the morning i checked my emails and i had one saying web order not processed as that code has been used the maximum amount of times as stated in the promotion, (ive used it twice now lol) but if yours goes through i can use my mams account to place my order again so can you let me know? I used the £25 off £50 code and it came through on confirmation order total for £11.97

Have had an email this morning telling me that the following payments have been taken
£10.00
£1.47

Doesnt say what for though exactly so hoping this is the total and there are no more payments to come for this order! I cant check on my account as I paid by card and dont have a customer number. Does this sound OK??

Yes this is normal, they take the whole ammonunt that is owed then seem to divide it by the number of items you ordered, and come out with some strange ammounts.

jimsmum,I think they take the full amount then refund you the code amount back to your card or account. can I ask, when did you place your order? Im still waiting for mine and in the email they sent me straight after ordering, it didnt have any delievery dates. so im wondering if Im gonna get my order at all. flumpty

I ordered on the 26th. i received an e-mail this morning saying they have taken £26 out of my bank account my order was delivered about 1 hr ago and i sent it back straight away. how long does it take to get a refund ?
