I ordered some stuff on friday and ive had an e mail with the discount and i paid on my visa card
Im worried they might take the full amount out so ive been checking my account online and so far no money has been taken out

How long do it take for them to take the money out and how long does it usually take for delivery

Empire usually email you if they are not going to honour a code you've used, so it's unlikely they will charge you more than your confirmation email stated.

How long do it usually take them to take the money out of your account as when i usually shop online the money is taken almost straight away

They will tell you how much they are charging you when they dispatch the order. Empire are NOT tied to Littlewoods yet (read my other post on this matter, Empire are allowing me to order, all groups in Littlewoods are owned by Shop Direct, Empire is Redcats!). I have an account and order it through the account but do not get it on account but pay by card when I order. This order had some 3 for 2's and I used the £25 off code.

do empire take the toal amount out then credit you back with the amount of the voucher?
only £26 is clearing from my bank and that would be the order value without the £15 discount!

i have input both of the discount codes shown on this thread and when i press apply code nothing shows up, am i doing something wrong?

i tried to do an order with the 15 codes earlier and it just said codes not found. the 25 ones are still working though.
