You should have had an email with them telling you how much they are charging you, if you have had this and there is a difference then you need to question it. I would think they have been inundated with orders because of this and everything is running slower than usual. I am thining if I get it I get if I don't then I am not going to lose any sleep over it.

BTW, reading your email again - the order should have come to more than £30 if you wanted to use the £15 discount so i think you have done this wrong and will need to return it and start again. You have to spend more than £30 to be able to use a voucher so £26 is not going to be enough spend. Does this make sense.

I had an email back this morning off Empire to say they have been experiencing difficulties with the checkout system for card payments, but it has now all been sorted, so will give it another later and let you know if it is now working

i thought it took the total amount before the 3for 2
