I wonder how they'd deal with bounced direct debits, and the second chance you get (pay money in by a point in day, and direct debit goes through later no charge). Obviously you could use faster payments, but you couldn't deposit cash, and if you have problems online\phone your stuck0

Only if it a English Bank Holiday too.
