I'm looking for landline WITHOUT internet

Can anyone tell me where to start looking for the cheapest deal? It's for my Grandmother and she doesn't use the internet at all or even particularly understand what it is, so an internet connection is irrelevant. A cheap TV package might be good though - NOT Sky, we're trying to get her off of that, it's costing her nearly £80 a month and the only thing she watches is Corrie and old movies.

Try pulse8 for landline and buy either a freeview, or if she has a sattelite, a freesat box

Depending on your grandmothers situation she may qualify for BT Basic, it may be worth looking at that 'social tariff' BT are obliged to offer, other providers have no similar obligation.

There is no reason to pay anything like that amount for Sky. If notice to leave is given an offer will be made. Many of us have 75% off and a cash credit.
  • Here is an helpful article about ways to get free channels for no more than the cost of the TV Licence, which your Grandmother may be entitled to free of charge as well!
