I disagree with this.
I would see it an unfair term if the collection was anywhere other than the venue and it didn't state it.
It is normal for collection to be from the kiosk outside.
We would need to see the website the ticket was bought from to read the full T&Cs to see if the above was correct.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

You can go to the website and have a look at their t and c's (Viagogo) but not the advert itself because we don't know which gig it was.
As this is a site for selling on unwanted tickets I would imagine that the methods of getting your ticket are many and various. Some of which will not include the postal service or picking up from the event.0 -
I think the key question is what time the gig was due to start. If it started at 5:30pm at the NEC, then there's no way the OP could have made it in time. If it was 7:30pm at the Birmingham area, they certainly could.
It may be that the collection point and time was an inconvenience but still possible to make the gig. Alternatively they may have left no time to reach the venue. Only in the latter case would I say the OP has a case.0 -
I'm not really sure a boy should be going to see Justin Bieber so I would see this as being a lucky escape.0

I'd normally agree; but Viagogo is a reseller, I believe - it facilitates sales like eBay; so it'd be normal for the ticket to be collected from wherever the person who was selling it lived.0 -

Does it not make it clear where a seller lives then?
E.g. If I had tickets for a concert in say London, but live in Oxfordshire, then surely it would be important to state where tickets need to be collected from if it was too short notice to post???
Lots of people travel via public transport to concerts, so a 15 mile detour with a 2 hour collection window during rush hour is not always feasible.
If a seller is not willing to post and the ticket is not collectible from the venue, then it is daft not to put the collection location on the advert. I suspect the seller may not have sold the ticket otherwise.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
