no you fight them , even if you lost in court , it would probably cost less than there infated (and illigal) charges now , plus you could gloat in the fsact that it has cost them several 100s of £ in solisitors costs to get the proper figure ,

Yes I was thinking that too. I'm shocked that there aren't any solicitors in my area that could give me some legal advice about this.

I just feel so stressed and annoyed at them! I just feel confused and kind of feel like they're trying their luck with me! As none of the other residents are looking to reply.

I have just gone on the BPA's AOS members as they claim to be one. But they're not on the list.
They're a member of the international parking community. Which they claim
To be too but obviously that's true.
Could this be something I could use against them? On their signs it says they're a member of the bpa.
Also if I understood correctly the IPC is owned by "gladstones solicitors"

they are members of both "clubs" but use the IPC for appeals , the hint is in the BPA logo , round one for appeals , oblong one for "boys club"

and yes , the IPC is owned and run by gladstones solisitors who refuse appeals then instigate court action ,

this company hire "norris cole" ie your friendly neibour to issue tickets , just a thought
