U.K. Car park magement limited taking me to court

now the problem here is that the DVLA would not have been informed in time , or perhaps UKCPM made more mistakes ?
the tickets were placed on the car , therefore UKCPM would have had to wait 28 day (+ the date of the incident) to contact the DVLA , having had a ticket placed on the car on the 2nd, it would be imposibler to LEGALLY send you a NTK by the 31st march ! rhe same can be said for ticket No 2
getting the info early might explain why the DVLA gave your details rather than the new owner, are you still in contact with the new owner of the car , if so can you ring/or speak to him to get a date from the V5 ?
PS , if the letters were recieved on those dates , them you should add a couple of days extra for postage ,Save a Rachael

If you have told them you sold the car and they still do not believe you you may be able to claim punitive costs for unreasonable behaviour under CPR27.14(2)(g)

Dear Sirs
Re: VRM AB12 XYZ
As the Registered Keeper of the above VRM could you advise who has accessed my personal details with regards to this marque, how often and when did the DVLA send the keeper details out. Please advise the information with regards to events between xx/xx/xx/ and xx/xx/xx.
I understand there is no charge for this information and look forward to your speedy reply.
Yours faithfully
Mr Registered Keeper
now the IPC , are owned by gladstones , they set the rules that PPCs have to abide to , how can they act as solisitors for the company knowing that they have broken IPC rules ??
plus you then kick off to the DVLA and get the PPC banned from accessSave a Rachael

I posted the slip back to them the next day 1st of march 2016
That's good news. Did you get confirmation that you were no longer the keeper from the DVLA, and if so when? All these questions will help to build a picture telling us if the PPC have followed the correct procedure or not.I married my cousin. I have a permit now which was issued in December 2015.
There's nothing about on my lease about Parking.
It's actually quite confusing because inside there's a sign that says visitor parking but outside it says no visitor parking at all.
I would 100% understand if I had the ticket because I just decided to park there for NO reason at all. But I am a resident. Also there are only 15 spaces for 24 flats. So there are still a lot of residents who can't park and are still being issued with tickets!
Do you own your flat, leasehold title?
Or are you a tenant?
You've been there since 2012. When did UKCPM start?
It is a shame you've not defended the ticket at your residence but you might have grounds to fight back and certainly with the other two, if you'd sold the car you should have told them up front. Did you appeal those two before the court claim?
When? What did they come back with by way of rejection? Did you try IAS stage?
I assume the other two tickets were at another location entirely, otherwise isn't it a huge coincidence that a stranger parked in your car park?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've actually just realised that I misread the letter they sent. I'm
Now starting to think that I'm liable for these tickets!
So is there a difference between the issue date of the ticket and the date which says on the picture they took as evidence?
As the tickets say issued on the 2nd and 3 of March 2016 but at the start of the letter it says that the tickets were put on my car on the 28th and 29th of February. So that would make me liable for probably both? But I thought you're meant to go by the issue date? But what would happen if I had sold the car on the 29th?! And there's a ticket !
I actually just spoke to the dvla and they said because they received it a few days later I would still be the keeper even though I sold it on the 29th of feb
I'm
Seriously just thinking to just pay all of this off now. It's stressing me out!0
