Flight Delay - Refused

Hi All,

I attempted to claim for flight compensation back in May when I came back from Menorca but everytime I sent Jet2holidays a letter they replied saying I was unsuccessful. On the last letter they actually stated their records showed the flight was delayed 2 hours 40minutes.

Each time I referred them back to the Flight stats website which showed the actual delay was 184 minutes so just over 3 hours.

Is it worth me trying again? If so how should I go about it this time?

There was 2 adults & 2 children.

LS374 7th May indeed was 184 mins late, if you paid for all seats you will be due €400 per passenger as long as the flight was not delayed due to exceptional circumstances. DO as above goodluck

Interestingly though if you put that flight number into the EUClaim checker it shows

Unfortunately, our data shows that no compensation-related issues occurred with this flight.
It's very unlikely that you will be successful in getting compensation. We recommend not pursuing your claim further.

I wonder whether they use different data source

why can you not search on Bott anymore unless you give them your details. They get business from our searches

I always put my details down as a well known TV character from Noel Edmunds era.....
Bott also stating less than 3 hours....
