PPI Help!
Comments
-
Someone please help. It has now been 60 days since Yorkshire bank received my acceptance form for PPI claim. I telephone weekly and just keep getting fobbed off. They say I am unable to speak to anyone more senior. I've wrote to complaints department but got no response. I've messaged them via Facebook and even tried to get my branch manager to help all without success. I don't know what else to do. I'm beyond frustrated and annoyed. There has got to be something else I can do. Any ideas welcome 😡0

What's the point in bugging the CEO, they won't see it (the PA will get it) and they won't deal with it (it will be forwarded to the PPI team)
The bank pays out in their own good timeSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

As above, CEO has a PA who responds to things and filter emails. The CEO is there to run a multi billion pound company not deal with individuals who didn't get paid some PPI refund on time, CEO categorically does not deal with complaints and won't have ever seen your email or anyone else who deals with them or they'd never get anywhere as everyone would email them directly for every tiny matter!Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
