Vegan Baileys

My SIL is vegan and since Baileys Almonde version they previously (briefly) released wasn't actually vegan, I was going to make her some for xmas.
I was going to use this recipe but find that coconut milk can be a little overpowering (although I know she uses coconut oil for virtually everything atm so at least likes coconut)

Could I use unsweetened almond milk perhaps or does anyone have any successful vegan 'Baileys' recipes of their own?

The recipe looks a bit thin to me, but I guess it would work with almond milk.
You could veganise this Lidl recipe instead? It uses Amaratto.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
