only if the pointing is !!!!!! to begin with. ive never had a problem with cleaning any slabs with the jet wash. and ive done a few of em, not just my own.
they come up like new. just need to do mine about once per annum.

yes best way is to use a high poiwer pressure washer. will take some time but will be worth the wait:T0 -
