Hi all just a quick one. Got accepted for another 0% card this one has accepted me to pay off my od which saves me £20 ish a month yay. I have 14 months to pay it off or it goes to 25.5% (although I would shift it to another 0% if that happened) intend to use the savings to pay off debt.

another £25 paid off and 68.97 , i'm going to be very tight this month to make this an addtional payment

I use a budget app (YNAB) that lists all my out/in money and all my cards, their balance and the end date of any offer (I can get a bit obsessive about budgeting :o), but phone reminders of the dates or notes on a cheap calendar would also work.

    That's a big deficit, I hope you find a solution. :A

This app sounds right up my street. Love tracking things like this. I will get on to it later and have a look. Cheers

Thanks kindofagilr, I did just that and have both been accepted for a card, one with 42 months on and one with 18months on so once we have got those and got it sorted online etc the only debts we will have are the nxt acc which I am intended to clear asap, and the loans which are both very low but maybe able to change to 0% cc further down the line, don't really mind those as they are reducing nicely in the background, it is the blooming nxt and cc that I really feel are hanging round my neck.
Thanks again, great people and great thread

Ah that's great news :) do any of the cards you are getting offer 0% money transfers? if so you could send some money to your bank and pay off next if you can clear it dependng on your limit? xx

Made a small payment which leaves me with £3774.14 left

I've bought a load of christmas presents on another credit card but as I've set up an automatic payment to go out to that on Jan 1st I shan't include it!

Love Boots 50% sales, sorts me right out for the year ahead!!

    £3653.29 left

Made an overpayment to student finance debt, and direct debit went out for min amount to 0% credit card.

Can't make any overpayments with MBing as I need to build my savings back up

So think I'll need to have a go at some more ebay listings
