Can I join in this year please?
We moved in the middle of 2016 and the work on the house has meant that we have racked up some debts. We are both committed to a frugal year and have set ourselves a challenging debt reduction of £20,000 :eek
Could I have number 99 please?
Quick question, do you count the amount you pay off each month net of interest or the payments you make?
ThanksHello!
Please could I join in? Whilst I would love to clear al my debt this year I really don't think it's achievable as my OH has just had to leave his job and is now more than likely going to be setting up his own business.
I would love to clear my Tesco credit card debt, it's been kicking around at more or less the same amount for about 4 years and I am fed up of it. So my aim is to pay off the £2,280 that it currently stands at.
Good Luck everyone x xPAYDBX 2020 - #01 Pd £15,029.29 / £13,140.66 - 114% 🎉

Hi everyone and Muppets, can I please join the thread? Technically, though I am in the black - whoo hoo! - I have worked out all the bills to pay that relate to last year as I reckon I'm not really free of debt when there are bills that will come due at some point in January.
So please can you put me down for £8470.I'm aiming for £15,000 paid off this year. Should be easier than last year - I've had a wage increase and all my debt is currently at 0%, so I hope to surpass my target!PAYDBX 2020 - #01 Pd £15,029.29 / £13,140.66 - 114% 🎉

Sat 2 years and I want it gone in 3 years and no more, I am setting a target of £7000 off my total debt (not payments made but total after interest added) if that makes sense, I will update a couple of times a month if that is ok when I work out my totals,
Also can I just say a great big thanks to those who run all these great threads, without realising it you are throwing a lifeline to lots of people who without all this support may have sunk.
