Gin tot, how unfair, if the NHS can fund removal of a cyst for me (that was surprisingly agreed) they surely ought to be able to fund a hernia repair, much more significant than my piddly little cyst.

I have a cup of tea but hard to drink it when yawning so much.

I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back
