  • Evening everyone, the weekend is here at last :j no. 81 checking in to say I've just been paid for my 2nd job and have made an OP of £352 which takes me to my 10% limit for this year. I will spend the rest of the year adding to my savings so I can make a 10% OP in January which I calculate will be £3500 :)

    Standard monthly OP of £132.04 for July now winging its way to the mortgage. I'm slightly ahead of target for the year and I'm putting it down to this thread keeping me motivated so many thanks to hiddenshadow and to you all for keeping it going.

    Hi all,

    Number 20 squeezed the budgets a lot this month and managed a pleasing £279.15 in June which means we're tracking at £1,370.42 so 63.7% at half way through the year.

    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
    New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!
