Hi all, payday week update for me with March at this so far:
£173.52 for #20
Helped out by £155 of cashback from £co this month, hoping for a little more for this month when the standard mortgage payment comes out.
Takes us to a total of 25% of target so on track for target.First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!0 -

No #112 with another OP of £100 taking my current total for March to £200. Have managed to keep food spends down this month by meal planning, shopping at Lidl and sticking to the list! As a result I've managed the extra OP today :TNew House... New Mortgage! February 2017: £144,000 :eek:

That's me done for 2017, decided to go ahead and do a lump sum rather than drip feeding each month, have now hit the 10% OP limit for the year.
