ISA advice

At 25 with quite a bit of saving it's getting near that time to starting thinking on a house, I was planning to open an ISA help to buy account, but noticed the lifetime ISA account, would I be better holding out to April? I'm not planning to buy for a few years yet but is building eligible for the bonus? And could both ISA acccounts be opened at the same time and keep one for saving and one for buying/building? Thanks

If you haven't already, take a look at the Banking & Saving section of MoneySavingsExpert - Help To Buy ISA page. Point 13 of that page answers some of your questions.
(I'd insert the URL but this forum won't let me 'cos I'm a newbie).0
