Il ring and get the name on Monday.Congratulations on your well deserved win!
The 'Business Development Manager' was better prepared at NW's 'golden duck' in Liverpool, as she paid the winning defendant in cash after the DJ dismissed their claim!
Thanks. Prob gonna have a re-think before they take someone else to court as losing money as still cost them £50 in court fees. I almost got loss of earnings awarded. Most others would have with the judge but my situation is different currently.
Although not cash I easily would've got loss of earning if I had . He almost agreed but my situation is different currentlyPersonally I would have given the BDM my address and asked for a cheque ,,, simply to inconvenience them to the cost of an envelope, stamp and a walk to the post office. Which is still nothing compared to the inconvenience they have caused you.
Good point. Why should I give them my personal bank account details. Will ask for a cheque to give them more inconvenience.0 -

There you go. Well done you. :TGuess you can all rest in peace and no need to answer to my each and every little point. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Fantastic, well done! Great to end the week on a high note.
Could you give us the initial of your surname and whether you're Mr/Mrs/Miss then we can use your case in other defences.... e.g " the defence refers to NWCP vs Mr/Mrs/Miss "?" at Preston County Court [2017], where Judge xxxx found that...... and so on!
Thanks. Mr H. Judge name I will provide on Monday once I've rang the courtThere you go. Well done you. :T

I wonder if Pranky knows and what he thinks about that now.
What hoax phone call?0 -

Oh yes it did; it is a documented fact (on this forum at the time) that the Moloney hearing was postponed because of it.
It completely wasted the time of the Court, the Judge and both sides. Quite a serious matter.
Someone spread the story it was a person connected to ParkingEye, but in my view that wasn't believable then, or now.
No criticism of the Parking Prankster intended at all. I know he blogged what he believed to be the case, at the time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
