PIP nightmare.

The ID is likely to stop you sending someone else in your place to complete the assessment, as much as anything else.
Also antagonising the assessment provider won't help you get an award.

I received a letter on Saturday morning from the Department for Communities informing me that they have asked PIP to consider whether it would be possible to cancel the face to face assessment with me and instead assess me on paper and that PIP would be in touch with me with a decision on the matter in due course.
It's possible for a PIP decision to be made on medical reports, without a f2f assessment.
For instance, if the claimant is hospitalised and unable to attend a f2f.
If there is strong medical evidence then they could asess using this info. I would guess the D of C, is asking if this approach could be considered.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
I never show any ID at any assessment I say IF IT WASN'T ME WHO THE F*** WOULD COME HERE TO BE F****** TORTURED BY YOU LOT? I always give then cr4p I nearly always carry ID but why should I show it and who would break in and steal an appointment letter? NO ONE!
By not showing ID and them accepting that the letter is proof I remove some of their power.I also covertly record everything, I am sure they think the mic is connected to a mobile but it's connected to a Dictaphone.
PIP seem to be doing a first assessment but subsequent ones, assuming you get an award, may be paper. Either way if they turn up put in a subject access request as soon as they go or if paper as soon as you get the result.
why should you?
maybe because you want them to give you other peoples money?
and you always give them cr"p?
how very mature of you.
you seem to forget that they have the power to give you what YOU want.
you give them nothing!
you deserve to be refused and then have to fight for what you may deserve0 -
I have decided that my next PIP form possibly around 2023 will say SEE ATTACHED INFORMATION PAGE X or XX They want an answer that is either yes or no they will get an MP's reply going about it vaguely and long winded they are going to hate it
The only person your attitude causes problems for is yourself. It's no skin off the DWP's nose if you don't answer correctly, they'll just suspend your claim until you do.0
