Notice Before Action - Wizz Air

I won't go into detail of my flight issue but thought people would like to know that after months battling with Wizz Air via Resolver, I emailed the Chairman and CEO of fthe airline yesterday with a Notice Before Action. A member of their customer services team contacted me today asking for my bank details to pay me 800 euros.
It seems I may be part of a minority that received a response after an NBA but escalation seems to be the easiest and quickest way to get the airlines to respond.
