Nephtine, why have you posted that again?
I haven't read it all, but isn't it exactly the same as you posted at 6:22pm?0 -
When we say 'post a new THREAD' we mean a fresh, separate new thread, hitting the NEW THREAD button on page one, but only after reading 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST'.I had not intention of avoiding a genuine ticket then, nor now ... so in both cases I don't see the need to withhold the truth that I was driving. My honest stood me well in my previous case. I am being as honest again now.
We know how to win, and your plan MUST include first reading the NEWBIES thread, and learning why NOT to name the driver, nor imply who it was. Honestly.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm not feeling very welcomed or helped.
If regulars are having to tread on eggshells to offer their expert help to you for free, you might not find there will be many in the queue. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I posted at 6.22 ...went off and cooked and ate dinner with my family. I've just returned at 8.29 to reply to a response. Don't know where or how the duplicate came from. Even if I had, I'm not feeling very welcomed or helped. I'll go back and delete any duplicates I can see .... possibly caused by replies?
I have heard it said that those devices do tend to have a mind of their own. Perhaps using a device that works to your instructions would be useful.0 -
Nephtine, throw your phone away.
It is still duplicating your posts without your knowledge.
Your 8:48pm and 9:24pm posts are identical.0 -
you cannot "delete a thread on here, no member has that ability, only a board guide or an admin
the critique is to protect you from the bullying sc@mmers (the parking companies)
NEVER give out those details on a public forum, their spies are watching and can take screenshots
for some reason your posts ARE being duplicated , but you can edit - advanced edit - delete your posts EXCEPT for post #1
we are asking you to copy and paste your first NEW post from today into a new thread and to edit it so nobody knows who was driving
THE DRIVER drove on the day
THE KEEPER has received all the later correspondence
keep it that way
the advise is to protect YOU, not people trying to be clever
I for one am grateful you updated us on the old pcn from a year ago, I think we all are
but now you start a NEW THREAD, suitable worded such that the people bullying you cannot use it against you and do not refer to this older thread at all
think of what the police say on the tv programmes
"anything you say will be taken down and may be used against you in a court of law"
so do not provide witness statements for the claimants and NEVER admit liability , it is for them to prove it, not for you to put your head on the chopping block
good luck0 -
The "critique" was primarily about duplicated entries. When my previous PCN was immediately dismissed by the "bullying scammers" when I called them, they treated me better than I have felt in here. I have not accused anyone of being dishonest, just said that I was being honest.
How did I come to the conclusion that I'm not feeling very welcomed or helped? Read the answers I got.
"We are not judging you. We are not dishonest". Didn't say you were. I only said I was being honest.
"These are not genuine tickets but phoney invoices. You came here for advice on how not to pay - WHY?". Sorry I used the term ticket instead of phoney invoice. I did NOT come here for advice on how not to pay! I came here to update the result of my previous PCN which was, against advice then, to contact them and they immediately dismissed it, having listened to me.
Forgive my crime of adding to that, that I had a new PCN today. I did say I'd start a new one.
I did thoroughly read the NEWBIES stuff prior to my original post as I did again before posting my update.
"If regulars are having to tread on eggshells to offer you their expert advice for free" ... I didn't ask for any advice this time. I was updating the result of my previous PCN. I was about to start a new thread and ask for advice but obviously didn't get that far. Nor will I now for fear of more impatience and misunderstanding.
I hope you can see my separate paragraphs this time and I hope this post doesn't mysteriously duplicate and cause such scolding again.0 -
Please start that new thread and we will help. Told you where the button is, earlier.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
