The price given is a market value price and isn't necessarily representative of the properties open market value. This vendor, like any vendor is looking to achieve the best possible price upon the sale of this property; hence in making an enquiry on this property you acknowledge and understand that this property is offers in excess of the marketing price specified.
I especially like how "Full description" includes NO details of the property at all!!!
A few years back there was a property marketed in the Marlborough area. Starting price was £2.25 million. During the process there 63 interest parties. With the property eventually selling for £3.75 million. Offers over. Does pay off at times.0 -

But in all reality - let's say they didn't market it with "offers over" but Price £2.25 million. There would still have been 63 interested parties and it still would have sold for £3.75 million.0
