I am pretty sure I have my ticket amongst the 1000s i keep. But what I want to know is how should we proceed?

We kind of want to take it all the way to court so that it costs them more and the learn a lesson. I bet loads of people got fines on that day. Must have been an error with the machine. The only difference is that we know we got a ticket, and others may not be so sure.

Let me know your thoughts?

I can't believe it I have just received my parking charge notice today
I was at the Peel Centre in Stockport on the 14th may and I definately purchased the ticket
I don't know what to do
I think I will go into one of the shops and tell them what happened
I am sure there are more people on the same day and they got the fine

Hi Nic,

I have mentioned this on another forum and it seems we are not alone. At least 2/3 others have picked up penalty charges at the peel centre in stockport on the 14th May. This might be a coincidence but all of the others used the pay machine next to Costa.

Some of the others, myself included have had our appeal denied, but it seems there is a lot of us now. Should they want to take it to court we should all stick together.

Keep me posted on how you get on.

Please heed the advice you were given upthread!

As well as any help you might get, it might be more visible to other people in the same boat and makes you look much less like a potential PPC stooge - and yes we have seen them here before, posting just like you in order to try and lever personal details.
