I've used Inline Removals several times and happy to recommend.

Only those who've not used packing services will say it's not worth it ;) IMO, it's definitely worth every penny. Never again! It's so stressy doing it yourself!

I've paid around a grand all in the last few times.

    Good luck.

we had three people round to quote 3 years ago.
    Northern England, BAR registered removers.
All three quotes came in at around £900-£1000 for a 15 mile move, 3 bed semi to a 4 bed detatched. packing, moving, but not unpacking. Including all boxes.
  • I have never used however I paid for a days hire of a van, a few crates of beer for some mates along with a fish n chip dinner and all done in a day for less than £200.

I know people that used the removal firms packing service and the boxes were mixed up, Two of them couldn't find the remotes to their tvs etc. Bought the generic all in one remotes. Found them a couple of months later in the box with books from upstairs!

My parents have never used a packing service. We packed the non urgent things first - books, photo albums, ornaments, pictures, most of the DVDs and CDs. The last move they did 4.5 years ago, the sellers moved into the property that belonged to a family member of the local removal company so got a discount in using them.

We unpack in the reverse order of we packed them - so first box packed is one of the last ones to be opened and unpacked.

We used a packing service as we couldn't pack & store boxes in the weeks prior (our son would simply have unpacked them). Best money ever spent, would definitely never go through stress of packing myself again! Packing was £350 (2 bed house) and move was £400 (about 3 miles, Manchester).
