Canada Square aka Citibank
As I've pointed out on here already, not ALL of Egg went to Canada Square
If it was closed before October 2011 or was not transferred to Barclaycard it goes to Canada Square, if the card was active after that and was transferred, you complain to BarclaysSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I got my egg card in 2003. Wrote to Canada Square with dsar request and got huge amount of info including all statements and applications and agreements for the card and previous loans .my egg card transferred to barclaycard and I made complaint for mis sold ppi to barclaycard as it's still open but I cancelled the ppi
in 2008. Still waiting for outcome and it's been 6 weeks. It's worth making dsar request it's only £10 and worth a try you might be surprised.0 -

You do not need a DSAR to make a complaint about PPI, you can simply ring them and ask. It's only if the bank cannot find the details in an initial search that you might want to gamble £10 to get them to search more thoroughly than the systems frontline staff can seeSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
